Yes, I am still alive.
I apologize for not posting on my blog for a little while. My life has been absolutely INSANE! First off, the balance of work and life is a bit of a struggle with having three little kids now. Jade is 8 months now and is just a smiley, happy girl. She loves dancing to the song “Turn Down for What.” Russ thinks this is her favorite song; he’s training her early to like rap music. She is definitely my most needy infant I’ve had, which has been challenging. But look at that face. I can’t possible get mad at her.
Luckily I had some big sisters who LOVE to help with her. Brynn, my 5-years old is drama queen, is such a helper with Jade. She loves playing the big sister role. 3-year old Summer is completely obsessed with her; it is VERY cute. I have been very preoccupied with these cuties.
My photography business doesn’t slow down even though I have 3 kids now. Apparently my business didn’t get the memo that this tired mommy needed a break. But the show must go on. This fall was SO busy. I shot weddings, bridals, family photos, Christmas card photos, and more! And not to mention I was a part time wedding planner for my little sister’s wedding in November. (Your welcome Lacey. Even though I secretly loved it). I’ll be honest with you all. I am not actually sure how I am alive at this moment. It was such a blur. Luckily in the winter my business slows down and gives me a moment to catch my breath. I am grateful for that!
For this blog, I wanted to feature some of the highlights from year 2016. These are some of my FAVORITE images from my AWESOME clients. I hope you love them as much as I do!
2016 Highlights
I also want to thank all my awesome clients. You are such a blast to work with! I honestly believe I have the world’s best clients. Thank you for giving me a chance to photograph your beautiful families and document your fairytale weddings. It is such a pleasure taking each and every one of your photos. I am one lucky photographer.
I promise I wont disappear from my blogs again. Or at least, until the next time my life becomes a chaotic mess. 😉
